Choco Comets Pops

Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients:

6 Lollipop Sticks/Icecream sticks,
1/2 Cup Baking Chocolate - Dark/Milk/White,
6 Choco Comets

Instructions:

Step one: Insert lollipop sticks or skewers into each Choco Comet. Place all 6 Choco Comets onto a baking tray lined with a parchment paper sheet. Place the baking tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the balls.

Step two: Melt Chocolate: While the Choco Comets are chilling, melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or using a double boiler until smooth and creamy.

Step three: Once the Choco Comets are firm, remove them from the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a spoon to help coat them evenly if required. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.

Step four: Place the chocolate-coated comets back onto the parchment-lined baking tray. You can sprinkle them with toppings such as chopped nuts, M&Ms, sprinkles or shredded coconut, as desired.

Step five: Place the baking tray back in the freezer for another 15-20 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

*You can also use peanut butter instead of chocolate for the dip*
